A little about me:

I come from an early childhood education background. This field took me from college to being a full time nanny, Pre-K teacher to leading and sustaining a popular music/movement program. When I finished college, I took a little detour and threw myself into stage management in theatre.

What I found is that my organizational and leadership style skills served me well no matter what role I took on.

I also worked in executive leadership at a law firm for almost a decade.

That's a lot of different paths right?!

Regardless, everything came full circle when I had the opportunity to become an education consultant. As a consultant I've worked with many leaders and facilitators being a project manager, supporting their capacity building, and lead in coordinating events (both in person and virtual) with high quality deliverables to not only ensure their work pushes forward, but to help it thrive.
